Owls, eagles, lovebirds, swallows...
The birds are a recurring symbol of luck and protection in Eric Croes’ work. The tests of the new colored enamels become sculptures. They take the form of holy-water fonts surmounted by a dove-headed chimera protecting an amorous bearded couple with its wings.
